Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anchorage device which can be attached easily to a furnace and makes a refractory coating be constructed firmly and the demolishing work of a furnace wall be carried out easily with a reduced working man-hour when the wall is damaged, a furnace provided with the anchorage device, and an anchor constructing method.
SOLUTION: An anchorage device is constituted by integrally joining a plurality of anchors each of which can be attached to a shell member 4 constituting a furnace wall, can be coated with a castable refractory, and has a main shaft 6a and a plurality of branch shafts 6b obliquely joined to the main shaft 6a integrally joined to a bolt 7 which can be fitted to the shell member 4. A furnace provided with the anchorage device and a method for constructing the anchors are also embodied.
