A high strength fiber sheet 2 is arranged along the peripheral direction of a column member 3 to be reinforced and stuck to the face of a wall member 4 to cover a specified breadthwise range across the right-angled corner M. At least the concrete side face has an arc-shaped part 1a forming an arc face. Further, a form 1 for anchorage of the end having a sectional shape which substantially has not an erecting piece continuously extending from the end of the arc-shaped part 1a to the upper side is brought in. The front end of the arc-shaped part 1a is brought into contact with the column member 3 face side to be reinforced and further, the tabular part 1b face is adhered to the upper face of the high strength fiber sheet 2 while bringing it into close contact with the wall member 4, and the high strength fiber sheet 2 is pressingly fixed with the form 1 for anchoraging the end by a bolt 5 set to penetrate in the wall member 4 side or pierce it, piercing the horizontal tabular part 1b of the form 1 for anchorage of the end.
