This anchoring device for a sheet comprises a sheet supporting flame 1 with a narrow-width opening part, an elastic member 2 fitted in the sheet supporting flame 1, and an elastic holding wire 3 or an elastic holding member; wherein the sheet supporting flame 1 comprises a pair of supporting pieces 5 each having a cross sections formed in a hook-like shape and rising up in parallel with each other on a bottom part 4, and a sheet supporting groove 6 regulated by this pair of supporting pieces 5 to be formed along a longitudinal direction, the elastic member 2 comprises an elastic body 7 fitted into the sheet supporting groove 6, and an elastic rod body 9 fitted into a groove 8 formed at the center of the elastic body 7 to forcibly enlarge the diameter of the elastic body 7, so as to fix the first sheet S1 to the sheet supporting groove 6 via the elastic member 2, and fix the second sheet S2 to the inside-upper part of the sheet supporting flame 1 via the holding wire 3 or the elastic holding member.
