Title:
ANCHORING METHOD FOR TIRE CARCASS
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2003175709
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To reduce the rigidity of a bead without reducing the strength thereof so as to facilitate the mounting and removal of a large tire, especially by hand work.

This tire comprises a carcass reinforcing body provided with a first cord anchored in at least one bead which comprises a anchoring zone comprising at least one second cord capable of maintaining the carcass reinforcing body and arranged in the circumferential direction. The second cord cooperates with the adjacent section of the carcass reinforcing body via a rubber anchoring compound brought into contact therewith and cooperates with an adjacent section of the first cord. In the tire, the rubber anchoring compound with a modulus of elasticity at the deformation by 10 percent within the range of 10 to 20 MPa, comprises at least one synthesis elastomer of SBR group and polybutadiene having the total radio of the synthesis elastomer exceeding 50 percent of the total elastomer weight.
