Abstract:
To fix an installed object such as a windbreak net or the like well on a waterproof layer without forming a through hole in the waterproof layer.
Anchor members 16 are installed on building skeleton concrete 10 such as a waterproofing roof slab, and a new waterproof layer 14 is provided above the anchor membera 16 to cover it. Fixing members 20 for fixing the windbreak net 28 or the like are installed on the new waterproof layer 14. A sheet member 18 is interposed between the anchor members 16 and the newly installed waterproof layer 14 to join both of them. The fixing members 20 are fixed to the waterproof sheet 15 by the sheet member 22.
