PURPOSE: To regulate the position of anchor bolts by a method in which steel anchor bars are set in a cylindrical metal net, concrete is placed on the periphery of the metal net and hardened, and concrete or the like is packed into the metal not to fix the steel anchor bars.

CONSTITUTION: A cylindrical metal net 1 and anchor bolts 3 are set in place, and concrete 5 is placed on the peripheral side of the metal net 1. After the concrete 5 hardens, the positions of the anchor bolts 3 are exactly adjusted, and cement mortar or concrete 6 is packed into the metal net 1 to fix the anchor bolts 3. By means of the anchor bolts 3, columns and base plates of machines are fixed. Since a space is formed in the periphery of the steel ahchors, the upper parts of the steel anchors can be easily regulated by properly bending them, etc.
