Abstract:
To obtain an effective anesthetic for Pomacea canaliculata Lamarck to protect seedlings of rice therefrom and for slugs to protect vegetables, flower petals, fruits, and the like, therefrom and provide a method for protecting damages to them.
The anesthetic for Pomacea canaliculata Lamarck and slugs contains 3-1-menthoxypropane-1,2-diol as an effective ingredient. The method for protecting damages to rice, vegetables and fruits from Pomacea canaliculata Lamarck and slugs is to use the 3-1-mentoxypropane-1,2-diol.
