The present invention relates to specific binding agents that recognize and bind to Ang-2. More specifically, the invention relates to the methods of production, diagnostic use for cancer or the like, and therapeutic use of monoclonal and polyclonal antibodies and fragments thereof, which specifically bind to Ang-2.
