PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly rotate an operation object.SOLUTION: An angle adjusting device includes a first rotation part and a spring member. The first rotation part is supported by a frame, and is rotated along with an operation object by driving force of a driving source around a first rotation axis through a frame and along an aperture face of the frame.
