CONSTITUTION: A center of an angle adjustment eccentric pin 10 is fixed by a screw 11 and the screw 11 and the eccentric pin 10 are operated from the outside of an outer housing 2. Then a part between the screw 11 and the eccentric pin 10 and a part between the eccentric pin 10 and the external housing 2 are sealed turnably respectively. When the turning means of the eccentric pin 10 is turned while the fixing screw 11 is a little loosened, the fixing screw 11 is used for a fulcrum and the pin 10 turns the video camera 1. The fixing screw 11 is tightened at a desired position and the adjustment in the vertical angle of the video camera 1 is finished. The eccentric pin 10 and the fixing screw 11 set the inside of the housing into a closing state by an O ring.
