Abstract:
To provide an inexpensive angle applying device 11 with a simple constitution, can apply an angle to a web W on a horizontal surface in a carrying passage of the web W.
This angle applying device 11 has at least one roller 12a and 12b freely movable in at least the vertical direction in the carrying passage of the web W. When the rollers 12a and 12b are constituted of a plurality of rollers, a moving means 13 moving in at least the vertical direction is desirably provided with each roller.
