A projection base 5 on a base 2 is connected to an upper movable body 1 by a universal joint 6, and on the base at a position distance from this universal joint 6, X-axial and Y-axial cylinders 7 and 8 are pivoted so that their axes meet the center line of the universal join 6 or is positioned on orthogonal lines. Slanting piston rods extending from the X-axial cylinder 7 and Y-axial cylinder 8 are pivoted on the movable body 1 respectively, the movable body 1 is provided with an angle sensor C which detects its angle, and driving control over the X-axial cylinder 7 and Y-axial cylinder 8 is performed with the signal from this angle sensor C.
