Abstract:
To detect the angle of a galvanometer mirror by only a small-sized light quantity sensor.
A hole is bored in a deflector, the sensor detects light passing through the hole whose opening area substantially varies by a swing, and the angle of the deflector is detected by using the detected quantity of the light.
