PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an angle detection system, program, and angle detection method with which image information can be browsed, which is not inclined and easily recognized, while a burden on a person in charge of installation work is reduced when a camera is installed.SOLUTION: A browsing device 3 in an angle detection system comprises: a boundary detection part 300 that detects a boundary of the ceiling and a first wall surface adjacent to the ceiling photographed in image information 240 obtained by photographing the boundary; a horizontal direction detection part 301 that detects the horizontal direction in the image information 240 with the detected boundary according to the boundary detected by the boundary detection part 300; and a rotation angle calculation part 302 that calculates a rotation angle with respect to a real space in the image information 240 on the basis of the horizontal direction in the image information 240 detected by the horizontal direction detection part 301.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
