Abstract:
To improve reliability and improve productivity, by stabilizing detecting accuracy over a long term.
The first magnetic sleeve 3 is installed in a shaft penetrating hole 1H of a casing 1, the second magnetic sleeve 5 is installed in the side of a rotary shaft 4, the peripheral surface side of the first magnetic sleeve 3 is made the S pole, and the peripheral surface side of the second magnetic sleeve 5 is made the S pole. The application of grease is eliminated, further the resistance at time of rotation can be made low, and assembling also becomes easy, because the rotary shaft 4 is supported in the casing 1 in a noncontacting condition by the repulsive power between the magnetic bodies 3, 5 of the same polarity hereby.
