PURPOSE: To minimize correction amount as well as making a moved work approach a standard work by carrying out angle positioning to match by way of placing the moved work on a circular stage the rotational center of which is close to the matching surface of the standard work outside of the stage.
CONSTITUTION: A circular stage 1 to place an angle-positioned moved work against a standard work is constituted so that its rotational center 0 is provided outside of the stage 1 and made close to the matching surface of the standard work and a base plate 8 is loaded on an x, y table. The rotational center 0 of the circular stage 1 is made close to the matching surface of the standard work and the moved work is loaded on the circular stage 1, and a rolling element 2 is made to slide on inner guides 3, 6 and outer ring guides 4, 7 so that it is rotated around the rotational center 0 of the circular stage 1 as its center. Consequently, it is possible to make the moved work approach the standard work without interference of the stage 1, and the correction amount is minimized.
