Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an angular speed fluctuation generating device capable of sufficiently increasing rotation fluctuation on an input part of each kind of an object to be inspected without increasing excessively actuation angles α, β of cross shaft type adjustable joints 3a, 3b.SOLUTION: Three torque transmission shafts 24a, 24b, 24c and two cross shaft type adjustable joints 3a, 3b are coupled in series in a torque transmission direction, and phases in a rotation direction between input side yokes 4A, 4A (output side yokes 4B, 4B) constituting both cross shaft type adjustable joints 3a, 3b are made coincide each other.
