Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain an animal feed substance having improved feed efficiency and giving a meat having improved quality by mixing a substance produced by proliferating aspergillus in steamed cereals with a substance produced by quickly reducing the pressure of cereals from a state of high temperature and pressure.
CONSTITUTION: The objective animal feed substance can be produced at a low cost by mixing (A) a substance produced by proliferating aspergillus in steamed cereals with (B) a substance produced by quickly reducing the pressure of cereals from a state of high temperature and pressure and preferably adding nutrient vitamins, soybean fibers, etc., to the mixture.
