Abstract:

To reduce the cost while keeping the wearing comfortableness or appearance.

Mineral powder generating far infrared rays such as natural stones, ceramics, shells, corals, etc., e.g. tourmaline, granite, diamond, quartz or pearl is mixed and kneaded into a material such as coating material, synthetic resin or plating solution to obtain a catalytic material. Water is poured into a vessel surface-treated with the catalytic material and stirred at a high rotational speed (30,000-100,000 rpm) under normal temperature and pressure condition to obtain a critical water. Silk, silk yarn, cocoon, beehive, feather, nest of bagworm, etc., are mixed into the critical water, the dissolved animal protein is extracted as it is or in the form of a composite molten material and the extract is formed to obtain fiber of silk, silk yarn, cocoon, beehive, feather, bagworm nest, etc.
