SOLUTION: The animal and plant residue treatment apparatus using hydrothermal reaction is equipped with a hydrothermal reaction pipe 25 receiving animal and plant residue mixed with water as a raw material liquid, a circulating line 26 connecting the outlet and inlet of the hydrothermal reaction pipe, a raw material supply line 15 connected to the circulating line 26 to supply the raw material liquid and lines 33a and 33b branched from the circulating line 26 to discharge decomposed matter.
