PURPOSE: To improve data sharing at the same attitude by storing a spatial pattern string and a time information parameter string, independently calling each stored parameter string, and preparing an animation to be formed.

CONSTITUTION: Interpolated vector data and weighted data stored in each storage means 4 and 5 are individually converted into a data base, and the animation data are separated into the data of the spatial pattern, that is, the interpolated vector data, and the data of the time pattern, that is, the weighted data, so that the data base of the animation can be constructed. That is, in an animation preparing device 1, the spatial pattern data and the time pattern data are individually outputted through prescribed inputting and outputting circuits 7 and 8 to a data base constructing device 2, and a spatial pattern data base 9 and a time pattern data base 10 are generated.
