Abstract:
To obtain an anionic electrodeposition coating that has excellent low-temperature curability, finishing properties, chemical resistance, weather resistance and adhesiveness of topcoating film.
The anionic electrodeposition coating comprises 0.1-15 mass% of a specific compound (C) based on 100 parts wt. of total of solid of a resin (A) containing a hydroxy group and a carboxy group and a blocked polyisocyanate compound (B). The anionic electrodeposition coating comprises 100 parts wt. of total of solid of a resin (A) containing a hydroxy group and a carboxy group and a blocked polyisocyanate compound (B) and 0.1-60 parts by mass of a pigment component (E).
