Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize an anion generating method and a device therefor in which mass quantity of anions can be generated by an extremely compact device, and which can be executed at home or in a car.
SOLUTION: In a processing chamber 1 to which outer air can be introduced, a lower part of a rotary body 3 of which diameter is larger at an upper part is immersed in water to be rotated, so, thin film of water is formed gradually upward along an outer circumference of the rotary body 3 while it is scattered, and the scattered water collides with a screen having a mesh 4 disposed around the rotary body 3.
