Abstract:
PURPOSE: To realize a high reliability of connection having the moisture proofing property and the dust proofing property in the periphery of a mutual connection part of anisotropic conductive adhesive films to be used for circuit substrate or the like.
CONSTITUTION: A belt-like adhesive resin material 2 contaminated with conductive power material 4 and a belt-like adhesive resin material 3 provided in both sides of the adhesive resin material 2 are provided on a base film 1. The adhesive resin material 3 have a softening point lower than that of the adhesive resin material 2 and the flowing property after the softening higher than that of the adhesive resin material 2.
