Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anisotropic conductive film capable of improving electron emission performance when used as an FE device or the like.SOLUTION: An anisotropic conductive film 1 comprises a pore structure 21 composed of an anode oxide metal film having a plurality of through holes 21H extending in an intersection direction with respect to a surface direction, and a conductor 22 selectively formed inside some of the plurality of through holes 21H. The anisotropic conductive film 1 is formed with an annular conductor group 22G in which a plurality of conductors 22 are annularly arranged. The diameter of the annular conductor group 22G is not more than 20 μm, and the ring width of the annular conductor group 22G is not more than 5 μm. At least a part of a non-sealed hole area NSA where the conductor 22 is not formed inside the through holes 21H may be removed. All pore structures 21 may be removed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1A
