PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anisotropic conductive film comprising a pore structure composed of an anode oxide metal film having a plurality of through holes and a conductor selectively formed inside some of the plurality of through holes, and capable of improving electron emission performance and durability when used as an FE device or the like.SOLUTION: An anisotropic conductive film 1 comprises a pore structure 21 composed of an anode oxide metal film having a plurality of through holes 21H and a first conductor 22 selectively formed inside some of the plurality of through holes 21H. In the anisotropic conductive film 1, a second conductor 23 having a lower work function and a higher melting point than the first conductor 22 is formed on the first conductor 22.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1A
