This conductive film tape 20 is constituted in a condition that a conductive film 21 is overlapped on a base tape 22 by only a half in one side parallel relating to the lengthwise direction. A part without overlapping the conductive film 21 on the base tape 22 is made to serve as a chuck region (holding region) 22A when it is clamped from both sides by, for instance, a chucking device. In this way, the chucking device, without coming into contact with the conductive film 21, clamps only the region 22A, the conductive film tape 20 can be accurately cut off in a prescribed size in accordance with an electronic part.
