Abstract:

To prevent adhesion to a connecting object even if an anisotropic conductive sheet is self as it is for a long time in a state of being pressurized to the connecting object in a high temperature environment by forming an elastic base material including conductive particles out of a hardened material of a rubber composition including a specific rate of a liquid polymer having a fluorine atom in additional liquid silicone rubber.

An anisotropic conductive sheet 10 includes conductive particles in a thickness directional elastic base material in a state of being oriented so as to be juxtaposed, and is provided with an insulating part 12 and a conductive part 11 for forming a conductive passage of a chain of the conductive particles. The elastic base material is composed of a hardened material of a rubber composition including a liquid polymer having a fluorine atom at a rate of 2 to 30 pts.wt. being not more than 30 pts.wt. in 100 pts.wt. of additional liquid silicone rubber. The anisotropic conductive sheet 10 is pressurized by an inspection object circuit device 1 and an inspection circuit board 5 to connect a corresponding inspection object electrode 2 and an inspection electrode 6 of these. Thus, an electric inspection can be smoothly performed in a high temperature environment, and the long working sevice life can be obtained.
