Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anisotropic conductive film capable of obtaining excellent adhesive strength.SOLUTION: The anisotropic conductive film includes: a first layer 21 which contains a first photoradical polymerization initiator having a maximum absorption wavelength at a wavelength of 220-300 nm and conductive particles 10; and a second layer 22 which contains a second photoradical polymerization initiator having a maximum absorption wavelength longer than that of the first photoradical polymerization initiator. The maximum absorption wavelength of the second photoradical polymerization initiator is larger than that of the first photoradical polymerization initiator by 50 nm or more. Thus, curing unevenness due to ultraviolet permeability is suppressed, whereby excellent adhesive strength can be obtained.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
