Abstract:

To provide an anisotropic iron-based alloy magnetic manufactured by using the liquid quenching method.

An alloy 24 is manufactured in such a way that, after the supercooled liquid 20 of the raw alloy material for this anisotropic iron-based alloy magnet is formed by quenching the molten metal of the alloy material, the liquid 20 is solidified while the liquid 20 is rolled with heated rolling rollers 22. In the process of solidifying the liquid 30 while performing hot rolling, the fine crystal phase having an R2Fe14B type crystal structure in the alloy 24 is made to become anisotropic.
