Abstract:

PURPOSE: To improve the durability by providing a coated layer where the surface of an abutting part is made of the sliding and wear resistant material to effectively prevent the damage by the friction and the wear between a cylindrical rubber film and the abutting part.

CONSTITUTION: An anisotropic pneumatic spring consists of an upper face plate 2 to which an upper inner edge part of a cylindrical rubber film 1 is fixed, a lower face plate 3 to which a lower inner edge part is fixed, and a laminated stopper 4 which is directly connected to the lower face plate 3. Semicircular abutting parts (a) to control the horizontal displacement of the cylindrical rubber film 1 by extending right and left end parts of the upper face plate 2 downward are provided at two places symmetrical to the upper face plate 2. Because a Teflon sheet having the wear resistance and the low friction coefficient as the sliding and wear resistant member 7 is attached to the surface of the abutting parts (a), the smooth displacement can be realized, and the wear of the part can be effectively prevented.
