Abstract:
To provide an anisotropic porous ceramic material used for a filter for a fluid which is capable of separating a large quantity of the fluid with high precision and securing high permeation flux and has improved cleaning property and a method of manufacturing the same.
The anisotropic porous ceramic material 1 contains a plurality of fine pores 1a in a matrix comprising a ceramic sintered compact and the fine pores 1a form an alignment having directivity.
