Abstract:

To provide an anisotropically conductive adhesive composition can attach at low temperature for a short time, excellent in connection reliability and storage stability.

An anisotropically conductive adhesive composition containing (A) a sulfonium salt compound represented by the general formula (I), (B) a cationic polymerizable material and (C) a conductive particle is provided. In the formula (I), R¹ is an arylmethyl group, an allyl group and the like, R² and R³ represent each independently an alkyl group, an aryl group and the like, Y^- represents [P(C₂F₅)₃F₃]^- or [C(CF₃SO₂)₃]^- and the like, however R² and R³ may form a ring together, at least one of R² and R³ is an aryl group and the like when R¹ is an arylmethyl group and the like, and R² and R³ is an alkyl group or a ring formed from R² and R³ together when R¹ is an allyl group and the like.
