Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a miniaturizable annealing apparatus having a high manufacturing efficiency to be used for annealing to remove a residual stress of a resin molded article after molding.SOLUTION: Vertical shafts 26, 46 undergo simultaneously a rotational motion accompanied by rotational arms 24, 44 and a vertical motion caused by sliding of sliding rollers 25, 45 on peripheral surfaces 23a, 43a of fixed cams 23, 43. Infrared lamps 9,10 installed on a frame 5 linked to the vertical shafts 26, 46 move over a lamp fitting 70 for a vehicle while keeping a predetermined distance to the outer surface 71a of a lens of the lamp fitting 70 and keeping parallel to the whole area of the outer surface 71a of the lens. Anneal treatment is thus carried out by continuously heating an outer lens 71 and a weld 73 between the outer lens 71 and a housing 72 at a predetermined uniform temperature.
