Abstract:

To provide a method for annealing a stainless steel sheet without needing the use of an agent, and to provide an annealing apparatus therefor.

The method (4) for annealing the stainless steel sheet comprises: performing at least one rolling step; and performing typically continuously at least a step (2) of heating the stainless steel sheet in a reductive atmosphere, a step (2) of cooling the stainless steel sheet and a step (23) of transpripting roughness onto the surface of the stainless steel sheet. The apparatus (4) for annealing the stainless steel sheet comprises: a means (2) for heating the stainless steel sheet in the reductive atmosphere; a means (2) for cooling the stainless steel sheet; and a means (23) for transcripting the roughness onto the surface of the stainless steel sheet.
