The handle cover includes: a cylinder portion that is made by sewing thick washable cloth having a moisture-absorption property, a moisture-retaining property and a stretching property, covers the entire portion of a T-shaped or L-shaped handle of a stick, and has a support-rod insertion hole; and annular members that can bring the stick into the arm by extending hands to both ends of the cylinder portion and are coupled with the cylindrical portion.
