Abstract:
To provide an anode device, a manufacturing apparatus of an aluminum foil, and a manufacturing method of an aluminum foil in which the conformity of the shapes of both curved surfaces of a cathode and an anode can be maintained in manufacturing an aluminum foil using an electric aluminum plating liquid, and in which the uniformity of clearance between the cathode and the anode can also be maintained.SOLUTION: An anode device, which is used together with a cathode device having a cathode (aluminum deposition region) on a side surface of a right columnar body, comprises: a housing for pooling aluminum grains that can be arranged below the right columnar body; an electrode part for applying an electric current to the aluminum grains in the housing; grain feeding parts for feeding the aluminum grains into the housing; stirring parts for stirring the aluminum grains in the housing; and grain discharging parts for discharging small aluminum grains in the housing. In the housing, the multiple aluminum grains abut against an inner wall surface of a downwardly convex-curved plate that has a plurality of through holes. An outer edge of a cross-section of the inner wall surface facing the aluminum deposition region has a constant clearance with the side surface of the right columnar body.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
