Abstract:
PURPOSE: To suppress generation of unnecessary harmonics, by forming the tips of plural pieces of vanes which are radially disposed inside the cylindrical peripheral wall in a spread out fan-shape.
CONSTITUTION: Plural pieces of vanes 3 are radially furnished inside the cylindrical peripheral wall 1 of the anode of a magnetron. The tips (radial inside end) of the vanes 3 are in formed a spread out fan-shape. Thus, the gaps between the tips of respective vanes are narrowed and intrusion of electrons from disturbed electric field through the gaps into an electron moving space side is suppressed so that the disturbance of the moving condition of the electrons can be suppressed. Thus, unnecessary generation of the harmonics can be suppressed.
