Abstract:
To provide an anode substrate which has the long life when used as an anode for electrolysis in an electrolytic solution containing strong acid, and reduces the cost, and to provide an anode.
The anode substrate has a thin film including at least one element selected from the group consisting of tantalum, zirconium and niobium, formed on the surface of the electroconductive metal substrate.
