Abstract:
To provide an abnormality detection device and an abnormality detection method capable of detecting abnormality occurring in a power generator of a shared vehicle not limited to a section related to a start-up of the power generator.SOLUTION: An abnormality detection device comprises: a noise characteristic information generation section 14 which generates noise characteristic information of a power generator; an operation state acquisition section 11 which acquires information representing an operation state of the power generator; an other state acquisition section 13 which acquires information representing a state of a factor of other noise possibly generated at a location different from the power generator; a noise characteristic information storage section 10 which stores the noise characteristic information in association with power related state information and other noise related state information; and an abnormality determination section 17 which determines abnormality in the power generator by comparing past canceling noise related information stored in the noise characteristic information storage section 10 with current canceling noise related information. The abnormality detection device determines the abnormality by comparing a past value with a current value on the basis of information obtainable regardless of whether noise is generated when the power generator is started up or when a vehicle is in motion.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
