Abstract:
To provide an anomaly detection method of filter cloth like clogging or breakage in an early stage, in a filter press including a reciprocating constant discharge pressure pump as a slurry feed pump.
In the anomaly detection method of the filter cloth of the filter press having the reciprocating constant discharge pressure pump as the slurry feed pump, the slurry feed frequency within a second given time after a first given time lapse from the start of the slurry feed is measured, and when the frequency is a first given value or less, the filter cloth is determined to have been clogged.
