Abstract:
To provide an anomaly detection system capable of detecting anomalies in a production device without excessively burdening a control device controlling the operation of the production device.SOLUTION: An anomaly detection system comprises: an anomaly detection device for detecting anomalies in a production device; a control device for controlling operation of the production device and sending operation data; and sensors for detecting physical quantities associated with the operation of the production device or a product, and outputting sensor value data. The anomaly detection device is configured to: receive the operation data sent from the control device; acquire the sensor value data output from the sensors; compute a statistical amount of the acquired sensor value data; determine presence or absence of anomalies in the production device on the basis of the computed statistical amount and a threshold value corresponding to the received operation data; and send a determination result and the statistical amount to the production device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
