Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double anonymization management method and system for anonymizing a specimen sample to achieve sample management such that personal information and biological information (inspection result information) is prevented from being specified.SOLUTION: There is provided an anonymization management method for executing: a step of generating third identification information for storing second information acquired from a specimen sample in first storage means from second identification information on the basis of first identification information added to the specimen sample, and storing the second information in association with the third identification information in a first database; a step of generating fourth identification information for storing third information as the provision source of the specimen sample in second storage means from the first identification information on the basis of the first identification information added to the specimen sample, and storing the third information in association with the fourth identification information in the first database, therein the third and fourth identification information corresponding to the second and third information is generated, and the second and third information is anonymized and managed on the basis of the generated third and fourth identification information.
