Abstract:
To provide an antenna device and an antenna apparatus including the same that can improve workability during assembly and achieve cost reduction effects by reducing the number of assembly man-hours by combining an antenna unit and a circular-square waveguide conversion unit in a single component and eliminating a flange that was previously provided between the antenna unit and the circular square waveguide converter.SOLUTION: The antenna device includes an antenna unit 201 with a circular waveguide 203 and a circular-square waveguide conversion unit 204 having a conversion waveguide 205 whose cross-sectional shape continuously changes from a circular cross-section to a square cross-section, and in which an end of the conversion waveguide 205 having a circular cross-section is continuously connected to the circular waveguide 203 of the antenna unit 201. The antenna unit 201 and the circular-square waveguide conversion unit 204 are formed in one piece.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
