To provide a compact and inexpensive antenna device having high performance by holding the transmitting and receiving antennas so as to make them rotate freely around the individual feeder lines including rotary joints.
A transmitting antenna 10 and a receiving antenna 20 are rotatively held at the left and right sides of an elliptical base plate 30 via the rotation holding mechanisms 31 and 32 respectively. A pulley 33 and a cylinder 34 pivoted to the pulley 33 are rotatively held at the center part of the plate 30. The pulley 33 is connected to the rotary shaft of a motor 36 via a belt 35, and the cylinder 34 is connected to the the mechanisms 31 and the mechanism 32 of antennas 10 and 20 via the belts 37 and 38 respectively. Then the rotational angles of both antennas 10 and 20 are changed around their feeder lines respectively.
