To provide a structure and its production method in a simple process for a micro band monopole array antenna with high accuracy.
A cylindrical member whose one end faces touches one of sides of a plate dielectric substance 1 is provided on the said side of the substrate 1 together with plural plate members which are radially placed at the outer circumference of the cylindrical member with one of end faces of each plate member touching the surface of the substance 1 and the rod members which are radially and vertically placed to the outer circumference of the substrate 1 and between two plates members adjacent to each other. The surfaces of the substrate 1 and those members are covered with a conductive film. Thus, a bottom board 2, a reflector 6, the partition plates 5 and wave directors 4 are obtained. Furthermore, a feeding element 8 is provided on an extended line of each train of directors 4 that is set between the innermost director 4 and the reflector 6.
