Abstract:
To solve a problem of a conventional layered microstrip antenna device where an external device such as a transmitter or a receiver connected to the antenna is destroyed due to the effect of lightning energy caused when the antenna is struck by a thunderbolt.
This antenna system is provided with a line 10 that is exposed to the antenna surface so as to directly connect a ground conductor 2 to a 2nd element antenna 5 that may directly be struck by a thunderbolt.
