To provide an antenna device facilitating cable connection work, reduced in a cost, and also reduced in loss in a transmission path by preventing impedance mismatching in a relay connection part.
A notebook-sized personal computer 10 is equipped with a main body 1 having a mother board 4, and a lid part 3 with an LCD 6 mounted; a transmission/reception module 5 is mounted on the mother board 4; and flat antennas 7a and 7b are mounted on the lid part 3. Coaxial cables 8c and 8d are connected to the flat antennas 7a and 7b; coaxial cables 8a and 8b are connected to the transmission/reception module 5; and the other respective ends thereof are connected to both ends of line patterns of a relay board 20 mounted to the mother board 4. The relay board 20 has a function of an impedance matching box with the coaxial cables 8a-8d. Degradation of a VSWR and increase of insertion loss is prevented by the function.
