To short-circuit an antenna plate to a ground plate in terms of DC and to easily incorporate a patch antenna in a case.
The antenna plate 12 is fixed to one surface of a spacer 14 and the ground plate 13 is fixed to the other surface to constitute the patch antenna 2. When the patch antenna 2 is stored in an upper case 10, a plurality of tilt pieces 13c formed at a peripheral edge of the ground plate 13 engage a lower edge of a lower tilt projection 10k or is pressed against a side wall portion 10b of the upper case 10. End surfaces of a pair of rod type projection parts 11c are made to abut against the top surface of the patch antenna 2 to prevent the patch antenna 2 from longitudinally swinging. Further, the tip of a connection piece 13g stood almost in the center of the ground plate 13 is soldered to the top surface of the antenna plate 12 to short-circuit the antenna plate 12 to the ground plate 13 in terms of DC.
