Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antenna device capable of performing high-accuracy side lobe blanking.SOLUTION: An antenna device comprises: a receiver for main antenna which detects an amplitude level of a radio wave received by a main antenna having a main antenna pattern; multiple receivers for auxiliary antenna which detect amplitude levels of the radio wave received by multiple auxiliary antennas each being a directional antenna; a level comparison section which compares a first reception level based on a detection result of the receiver for main antenna with a second reception level based on detection results of the multiple receivers for auxiliary antenna; and an arrival direction calculation section which calculates an arrival direction of the radio wave in the case where the first reception level is higher than the second reception level. The multiple auxiliary antennas are disposed in such a manner that a gain of a synthetic antenna pattern constituted by the multiple auxiliary antennas becomes smaller than that of the main antenna pattern in a predetermined angle region and becomes greater than the main antenna pattern outside of the predetermined angle region.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
